This patient is 63 years old and wanted his eyes to look more open. He said that he was constantly being asked why he looked tired and sleepy. He also felt that his eyelids made him look older. His insurance covered his surgery after testing showed he had blockage of vision from his eyelids. He had an upper eyelid blepharoplasty in our office. The after photo is 6 days after the surgery, so there is a lot of healing still to go, but his eyes are more open and visible already!
